The Beauty of Growing Older

Aging is a beautiful journey, marked by God's constant presence and sustenance. As stated in Isaiah 46:4, “I am He who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you.” This promise brings comfort, reminding us that God is with us through every stage of life, from our first breath to our gray hairs. Gray hairs symbolize wisdom, experience, and personal growth. Psalm 92:14 reminds us that “The righteous will still bear fruit in old age; they will stay fresh and green.” This verse encourages believers to remain connected to God, vibrant and useful throughout their lives, even as we face physical decline. Aging is a gift not afforded to all, and I am grateful to be 55, still engaged in Kingdom Work. Your value increases with age; it does not decrease. Don't believe what the world says, but trust in the Word of God. All glory to God. I am becoming who God created me to be for this time. We should never feel stuck; instead, let us keep reimagining, trusting, and being.
